Management Team
Damian Dalton
Managing Director
Damian has over 15 years of experience involving a wide range of plant and equipment assets across a vast array of industries and countries.
Damian established PP&E Sales to provide bespoke asset disposal services to clients who had assets not suited to simplistic sales campaign approaches. He had seen too many clients settle for sub-par sales results using on-site and online auction approaches in particular for assets that, due to their unique nature or market, needed a more tailored sales campaign.
Damian has experience in a very wide range of industries including brewing, educational facilities, fertilizers, food processing, glass manufacturing, health facilities, mining, pharmaceuticals, plastics and steel packaging, power generation and distribution, sawmilling, transport & logistics and many more.
Damian has presented at various conferences including the Mergers & Acquisitions conference and lectured at Australian Property Institute sanctioned training events.
Damian is an Associate Member and Certified Practising Valuer of plant and equipment of the Australian Property Institute.
He currently is Chair of the API Victorian Division's Continued Professional Development Committee.
He is also a Candidate Member of the American Society of Appraisers.
