The line is set up to produce chilled ready meals using the patented MicVac method that provides in-pack pasteurisation as well as short processing times and delivers products which are safe, fresh, not over-processed and have a shelf life of 30 days.
The line comprises;
All equipment was manufactured in 2012 with the exception of the 2004 Anritsu X-ray machine.
The line was designed to produce up to 60 x 300g trays of pasta meals per minute.
The line only operated for short periods with its final production run in October 2021.

- Meypack automatic case packer
- Sastek carton labelling and weighing system
